JOB TITLE:           Sales Account Executive – Color Graphics

DEPARTMENT:     Color Lab

REPORTS TO:      Color Lab Sales Division Manager

PURPOSE:  This position will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Color Graphic market in the Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:  The ideal candidate should have

1. 3 years of outside sales experience.
2. Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process from prospecting to close.
3. Proven ability to grow revenue from an account and to win new accounts.
4. Proven ability to increase revenue from a geographic territory.
5. Maturity to work without being micro-managed.
6. Proven ability to meet quota’s and targets.
7. Ability to meet with Executive level contacts as well as production level contacts.
8. Organization skills to be able to plan and execute that plan.
9. Experience in the Color Graphic industry preferred. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

1. Maintain and grow the Charlotte, NC market and territory in Color Graphic Sales in an outside sales capacity.
2. Successfully be able to cultivate and maintain business relationships as well as develop new ones.
3. Be able to understand the Color Graphic environment, the challenges that go on within that environment, and how our solutions fit.
4. Manage a consultative sales process from prospecting and lead generation to the close of the opportunity.
5. Creatively be able to design non-traditional solutions for client’s.
6. Meet and/or exceed sales quotas for TPM and our vendors.
7. Complete forecasts in a timely fashion.  Be able to discuss the pipeline and opportunity, as well as define the plan to close the deal.
8. Submit completed weekly call plans to manager on time. 
9. Document all client discussions/activity in Saleslogix.
10. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
